Knowledge that is the subject of the POS 1. The student will arrange for the subject in advance to be the subject of the reconstruction of the lower building.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to gain knowedge in the elimination of defects and disorders of the substructure. The student will be able to define, describe and assess the implementation of the principles of reconstruction and substructure, s/he is able to propose a reconstruction of the substructure corresponding to the investor's requirements and relevant legislation.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - to define, describe and assess the principles of the reconstruction and realization of the lower structure, - is able to design the reconstruction of the underbuilding according to the requirements of the investor and applicable legislation.
Syllabus
  • 1. Position of the problem of waterproofing underground construction in legislation, waterproofing technique, hydrophysical exposure. Construction-technical survey of the lower structure. 2.Hydroinsulation materials and construction of bottom structures, hydrophysical exposure. Waterproofing principles, direct and indirect waterproofing methods. 3.Pressure waterproofing of the substructure. 4. Bentonite and waterproof concrete structures of the lower structure. 5. Reconstruction of the basement with waterproofing based on foils, bentonites and waterproof concrete structures. 6. Defects and defects of the underground waterproofing. Dendrology, the devastating effect of vegetation on the lower structure. 7. Surveys of damp constructions - Moisture survey, salinity survey, engineering-geological survey, special surveys. 8. Remediation methods - mechanical, chemical, electroosmotic, redevelopment plasters. 9. Remediation methods - air-insulating systems, waterproofing and sealing mortars and other means, drainage, landscaping, soil injection. 10. Wet masonry rehabilitation project. Quality control of redevelopment works. Terms of use of remediation systems. 11. Experience in application of wet masonry redevelopment - examples of implementation. 12. Humidity modes of sanitary structures. 13. Waste masonry repair faults and repairs of sanitary structures.

Exam conditions
The completion of the project will be checked in ~ 5. (reconstruction study). and 8. (project documentation) of the week of instruction according to the instructions on the first exercise and in the IS - see the organizational instructions of the IS. Projects are submitted to the 12th week of the lessons. The project is handed over to the 'flaps'. On the cover page of all boards there is a description box containing name, UC, school year, subject and seminar group. On the reverse side of the boards there will be a list of all drawings and studies according to the instructions published in the first exercise and in the IS - see the organizational instructions of the IS. For a sample of the title tents of the seminar work, see IS's organizational guidelines. - the project must be handed complete according to the instructions on the first exercise, otherwise it will be evaluated with grades FX to F, - the work will be elaborated at the prescribed graphic level. 5b, project completion 5b (Reconstruction study - 2b, Reconstruction project - 3b), project accuracy check - 20b. Concluding evaluation: Final test 70%. (70 - 0) + points from the interim evaluation (30 - 0) A 100 - 90, B 89.99 - 84, C 83.99 - 77, D 76, 99 - 73, E 72,99 - 70, FX 69,99 - 30, F 29,99 - 0.
