- By graduation the course students will acquire the basic knowledge on business management, nature and content of management functions, status and profile of a manager, managerial styles of work, corporate organizational structures and principles of their projections.They will be familiar with the principles of management of human resources. Also they acquire the knowledge about corporate communication and control systems, decision-making at various levels of management and general ethical principles in the user experience. Students will acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills for follow-up study of vocational courses in economics and business management.

- 1. Business management:content, phases, bearepresentatives, functions. 2. Company atmosphere. 3. Position, profile and the personality of the manager. 4. Basic evolutionary directions in management. 5. Scheduling, plans sorting , planning cathegories. 6. Firm-business position and its portfolio. 7. Elements and bindings in organizational structure. 8. Business organizational structure. 9. Factors limitating the enterprise of the organization. 10. Personalistic business (leading of people, workers motivation and stimulation). 11. Communication and ethics. 12. Managerial decision-making. 13. Business verification, audit activity.
