Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Completing this subject students get the basic theoretic knowledge from common management, about business and intradepartmental controlling, characters and fillings of managerial functions, about the position and profile of manager, managerial work styles, organizational structure of business and their projections principles .
Syllabus
  • - Business management:content, phases, bearepresentatives, functions - position, profile and the personality of the manager - basic evolutionary directions in management - scheduling, plans sorting , planning cathegories - firm-business position and its portfolio - elements and bindings in organizational structure - business organizational structure - company atmosphere - factors limitating the enterprise of the organization - personalistic business - leading of people,workers motivation and stimulation - communication and ethics - managerial decision-making - business verification, audit activity
