- The aim of the course 1 project is the creation and expansion of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to develop a business plan (plan) - a business plan. Based on the integration of knowledge, skills, abilities and skills acquired in the subject Project 1 during the study in the context of the links on the inter-relations student will apply the work procedures and methodologies in the development and implementation of the business plan. Successful students of this course is not only able to apply the theoretical knowledge gained from previous studies in the processing of a given project, but also to conduct a thorough situational analysis, specify the current and potential competitors and market environment in the selected area, location. Students use knowledge and skills from specialized subjects (Business Economics I, II, Business Management I, II, computer science and languages), demonstrating skills in creating works of literature, publicly available secondary sources, statistical data and legislation. Through the final presentation of the project, students demonstrate the knowledge gained support communication skills.

- Organisational guidelines on the subject: The course consists of seminars (compulsory attendance, classroom participation (full-time and combined studies, LLP) resolves separate internal standard VŠTE (Records of attendance of students at VŠTE). For full-time students is to contact teaching, ie. Beyond the lectures, compulsory 70 % účast.Případová studies, including project application (grant) is presented and defended by the deadline specified by the teacher the appropriate seminar group. For successful completion of the course must achieve at least 70% of the total evaluation.
