The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to gain a basic understanding of construction law and to learn how to apply it in practice. After successful completion of the course the student can: - find the right law og Building Law needed for the application of specific cases in practice - prepare a request for planning information on a particular construction - work with the master plan community, especially correctly assess whether an area designated in the zoning plan suitable for the type of building - prepare a request for zoning and land to choose the best type of building permit - prepare an application for planning permission and building notice announcement - notify the proper way to start use of the building or seek regional approval - review the basic principles of expropriation proceedings - use in proceedings under the Building Code - check the documentation provided for the project building permit for compliance with the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll.
