The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basics of construction law, administrative law and the fundamental links between the Building Act and the Commercial and Civil Codes. DNext, the students become familiar with the implementing rules of Building Act.

  • 1) Overview of basic laws in construction 2) Building Act - an overview 3) Building Act - introductory part 4) Construction Law - spatial planning 5) Construction Law - zoning decision 6) Building Act - permitting and reporting structures 7) Building Act - use, occupancy permit 8) Building Act - other provisions 9) The law on expropriation, easements 10) Administrative regulations 11) Civil and Commercial Code in relation to the Building Act 12) Decree on the construction documentation 13) Decree implementing of the Building Act
