The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of public construction law, administrative law and public tenders.
Syllabus
  • ­ -History of Czech Construction Law, Construction Law -Territorial planning -Requirements for land use, land management and measures of public contracts -Public administration in territorial planning, the role of self-governing bodies of municipalities and counties in the planning process -Building Regulations - Introduction -Building Regulations - building documentation -The technical requirements for construction - Building-offices, direct and delegated powers of government in the area of ​​the Building Code -Authorized inspectors Authorization, construction and selected activities in construction, Technicians, CSSI -Land Registry, Land Registry Offices - Expropriation of property -Administrative law and administrative procedures in building and assessing the impacts on the environment
