• Tematické okruhy:­
• - Vztah mezi obecným a speciálním zákonem a jejich uplatňování
• ­ - Žádost o územně plánovací informaci
• - Žádost o vydání územního rozhodnutí­
• - Žádost o vydání stavebního povolení
• - Žádost o vydání územního souhlasu­
• - Žádost o vydání kolaudačního souhlasu­
• - Autorizovaní inspektoři – praktická využití­
• - Veřejnoprávní smlouva v praxi­
• - Dopady nedodržování povinností stavebníka dle stavebního zákona­
• - Rozsah dokumentace k územnímu řízení
• - Rozsah dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení
• - Autorizace ve stavebnictví – využití v praxi­
• - Vazba mezi stavebním zákonem a prováděcími vyhláškami
• - Systémový přístup při zajišťování povolení dle stavebního zákona
