Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is mastering basic principles and getting knowledge about managing commercial companies, the development of economic thinking in the application on the problems of business operations. After successfully passing students have basic theoretical knowledge of managing retail shops, they can calculate the interest field and purchase potential of a business unit, they are able to use the CPM method to manage the project of establishing a business unit, they are well informed about the problems of the range of products and business operations and they are able to analyse basic fields of managing a retail.

  • Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.
