Course objectives supported by learning outcomes

Upon successful completion, the student will gain a general overview of expertise in the Czech Republic and in the world, can perceive expertise in the full breadth of the society. The student will learn the basic international sources devoted to expertise. He will get an overview of his own process of expert activity. They will get acquainted with the definitions of price and value, as well as will perceive different standards and levels of value.

Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
Understands the role of the expert, his rights and duties and responsibilities.
It applies the acquired knowledge from Czech and international sources regulating expertise.
Distinguish between the terms value and price.
Understands different standards of value.
Applies the acquired knowledge of administrative law.
Understands the process of expert activity and the process of creating an expert opinion.

Metody hodnocení: Průběžné hodnocení bude formou odpovědníku v IS a je povinné pro všechny studenty (30 bodů). Závěrečné hodnocení: seminární práce 90 bodů (70 + 20 bodů za bonusové otázky).
