Course objectives supported by learning outcomes

Students will practice the ability to complete the architectural project of the building with respect to aesthetic, functional and technical requirements of the building. Students acquire the appropriate skills of architectural and structural engineering. Students design a complete documentation for construction. The basic elements forming the interior are subjected to analysis in relation to the aesthetic, functional, technical requirements.

Learning outcomes

The student will be able to compose the documentation for entering and building construction (DPS) according to Annex No. 6 of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended in the Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. according to the teacher's instructions.

• 1. Completion of the construction project

• 5. Assessment of selected details
• 6. Completion of the specialized part of the project - HVAC
• 7. Completion of the specialized part of the project - statics
• 8. 3D visualization and perspectives
• 9. Accompanying report and summary technical report
• 10. The technical report for architectural and technical design
• 11. Interior of the building, its arrangement and perception, interior composition, character and purpose of each space
• 12. Combination of colors, color perception, choice of materials, finishes, interior lighting, acoustics, equipment and interior furnishing, interior ergonomics

Presentation 10 %
Project – semestral 80 %
Consultation 10 %

Exam conditions

The condition for granting the credit is the submitted complete semester project, which can be evaluated with a maximum of 80 points. The individual parts of the project will be consulted and agreed. The semester project will be developed at the prescribed graphic level. In the continuous assessment, the student can get a maximum of 10 points for the presentation, a maximum of 10 points for active project consultations and inventive approach.
