Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the importance of ethical management in an organization and with the basic principles of ethical management in an organisation, including ethical management. The ethical culture of an organization will be also the part of the course. The student will learn to apply their knowlige in practice. In the course the students will acquire the basic terms in the area of ​​the ettikete and will learn the rules of adequate communication in the company and communication with the client.

  • 1. Basic concepts and theories of ethics in business 2. The history and present of the reflection of the ethical dimension in economics 3. Economics and morality, ethics and market roles, moral limits of markets 4. Business ethics and code of ethics of an Organization 5. Corporate Social Responsibility 4. Ethical management in an organization 5. Corporate governance, compliance programs and compliance management 6. Instruments of ethical management in an organization 7. Ethical management in an organization and ethical culture of organization 8. Best practice of ethical management 9. Etiquette and basic terms in the area of ​​the etiquette 10. Adequate communication in the company 11. Rules of communication with the client 12. Presentation of the students on the given topic from the field of ethical management (e.g. analysis of ethical management and its application in a selected company) 13.
