The aim is to get a basic overview of the economy in construction. Students know the basic knowledge about the economy in building industry, management of construction companies and construction contracts, they can work with important economic indicators for the construction practice. They can handle itemized budget for a particular building.

  • 1. Introduction to economy in construction and management of a consstruction company 2. The organizational structure of construction firms 3. Construction company in the procurement process (lobbying) 4. References of construction firms and qualification indicator 5. Economic management of construction companies and contracts 6. Information system of a costruction firm 7. Demand management of construction companies 8. Tenders and contracts for construction work 9. Cooperation with other construction companies (associations, development) 10. Tenders 11.Logistics of construction companies, construction yard (purchase of materials and storage) 12. Marketing of construction companies 13. Management of construction contracts
