Students will acquire basic overview of the pricing and costing of the construction. Students will be able to work with the valuation of documents relevant to building practice, including the valuation of real estate.

By the beginning of the examination period the student must submit a seminar paper agreed by the teacher. To pass the test, demonstrate proficiency in at least the range of ~ 75% of the required knowledge.
