Students will acquire basic knowledge about pricing and costing of the construction. Students will be able to work with valuation documents relevant to building practice.

Exam conditions
By the beginning of the examination period the student must submit a seminar paper agreed by the teacher. To pass the test, demonstrate proficiency in at least the range of ~ 75% of the required knowledge.
