- The aim is to explain the meaning and importance of personnel management in enterprises, define the selection, acquisition, adaptation and stabilization, training and development, career management, work motivation, evaluation and remuneration. Upon successful completion of the course the student is able to: - Characterize the basic personnel work in an organization - Explain the main activities of HR departments - To build a career plan for the employee - Establish an incentive and stimulus plan - Describe and model examples demonstrate the basic operations personnel (recruitment, interviewing, conducting workshops, conflict resolution, dealing with offenses etc.).
