- The aim of the subject is to explain the nature and importance of the existance of personnel management in organisations, to define possibilities of acquisition, stabilisation, motivation, development and optimal involvemnet of personnel in the working process. After passing the subject successfully the student: - can characterize basic fields of personnel work in an organization - can explain main activities of personnel departments - can compile a career plan for an employee - can compile motivation and stimulation plan - can describe on model examples demonstrate basic operations of a personnel officer ( election of employees, job interview, meeting management, conflict solving, discussion about transgession
