Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is into the students with organisation and management of mantaince as the peocessivelly technical activity in each production. The graduate of the subject characterize the principales of right and safe seting of machines in operating coditions, basic legislation invetaible for proving of consonance and arrngement of the save operation of machines and they can evalvate the technical state of machines and equipment, plan their mantaince and judge econmically the costs of their mantaince and operation.

  • 1/ Demands and security of operational reliability the theory of maitance - basic notions, the development of maitanance systems, conect of maitance, 2/ The economy of maitanance and equipment efficiency evalvation of equipment efficiency - division, basic notions, the basic tools of evaluation 3/ Benchmarking and outsourcing in maintenance, the study of using of maintenance working, 4/ Managing of operational risk 5/ The audit of quality of maintenance managment 6/ Reenginering and design of maintenance system, trends in maintenance 7/Organisation and methods of maintenance maneging, checkingly inspectional and review activity in maintenance system, trends in maintenance 8/ Organisationnal and tribotechnics, technical diagnostics. logistics in maintenance 9/ Dismantling and moutinng procudures and agents, reparational and renewal activity instructions for maintenance 10/ Maintenance and work with human resource in maintenance manager, education for profesionality, motivation 11/ Operational reliability - its qualification, theory of restoration classification of breakdowns 12/ power of mechines and their operational setting 13/ Legislation of operation and maintenance, security of machine operation
