Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with organization and maintenance management as a process-technical activities in each production.Graduates of the course can characterize the principles of proper and safe use of machines in operating conditions;basic legislation necessary to demonstrate compliance and to ensure safe operation of machinery and can correctly evaluatetechnical condition of machinery and equipment, plan their maintenance and economically assess the costs of maintenance and operation.
Syllabus
  • 1. Requirements and supportability, operational reliability, maintenance theories; 2nd Economy and maintenance of equipment efficiency, evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance; 3rd Benchmarking and outsourcing in maintenance, maintenance workers use study; 4. Risk Management operations; 5. Audit quality maintenance management; 6th reengineering and design of the maintenance system, trends in maintenance; 7. The organization and methods of maintenance management, control inspection and audit activities in maintenance; Eighth Tribology and Lubrication Engineering, technical diagnostics, logistics, maintenance; 9th disassembly and assembly procedures and preparations, repair and renovation activity, operating maintenance; 10th Maintenance manager and work with human resources in maintenance, training to proficiency, motivation;11th Operational reliability - its quantification, renewal theory, classification of disturbances; 12th performance machines and their operational deployment; 13th Legislature operation and maintenance, traffic safety equipment.
