Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to apprise students with the psychological perspective on the individual's psychological life and the basics of personality psychology terminology. The course contains the introduction to psychological thinking about the classification of personality based on key theories and leads to understanding of the methods and procedures for identifying and selecting suitable employees for the job positions.
Learning outcomes
Successful graduates of the course:
- can clarify basic concepts in the field of personality psychology
- can define personality prerequisities behing professional qualifications
- understands the application of psychological methods in personnel diagnosis
- understands the application of psychological methods in personnel diagnosis
- gain practice in administration and evaluation of psychological methods

Final grrading:

final test - 70 points (ie 70%)

Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points under the following conditions: Mid-term grading: maximum 30% (0-30 points). Final grading: maximum 70% (0-70 points). Classification: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 – 0.

Teacher's information
The students of the full-time form of study are obliged to fulfill the 70% attendance at the seminars. If the attendance is not met, the students will be automatically classified with the grade "-". Students with an individual study plan will take only a 100-point final test in the exam period. However, students are obliged to contact the teacher immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP), if the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account. (In case of any questions, the student can contact the teacher via email: tmrhalek@mail.vstecb.cz).
