Abstract
Abstract (in English)
This publication is intended for students of the introductory course in mathematics in both bachelor's and master's degree programs at the University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice. Its main intention is to offer students help and the opportunity to get a numerical routine in the basic branches of differential calculus - when they come to university from high schools, they very often lack numeracy and therefore have a very poor orientation in the curriculum. Therefore, for an easier understanding of the procedures for solving simple problems of university mathematics, it is an important prerequisite that the student masters the work with algebraic expressions, can apply basic mathematical relations and solve equations and inequalities.
