Heslo v odborné encyklopedii o dokumentu podepsaném rakouskými a pruskými představiteli v Teplicích 1. 8. 1819. Vytýčily hlavní směr následujícího jednání s dalšími spolkovými zeměmi o situaci v Německém spolku. Hlavním aktérem jednání byl rakouský ministr zahraničí, kníže Clemens Wenzel Nepomuk Lothar Metternich-Winneburg-Ochsenhausen (1773-1859), který se spolu s dalšími konzervativci a monarchisty snažil od porážky revoluční a napoleonské Francie potlačovat nacionalistické a liberální tendence v Německém spolku a zabránit vypuknutí revoluce, stejně jako vytvoření národního německého státu.
In English
An entry in an expert encyclopedia about a document signed by Austrian and Prussian representatives in Teplice on August 1st 1819. They defined the main course of the following negotiations with other federal countries about the situation in the German Confederation. The leader of the negotiations was the Austrian minister of foreign affairs, the prince Clemens Wenzel Nepomuk Lothar Metternich-Winneburg-Ochsenhausen (1773-1859) who since the defeat of the revolutionary and Napoleion France together with other conservatives and monarchists tried to suppress nationalist and liberal tendencies in the German Confederation and to prevent the start of a revolution or the formation of a national German state.
