Abstract
The paper is devoted to the case of the Lepagean and the multisymplectic forms whose~coming from the first order Lagrangian. Contrary to standard aproach we find new class of~multisymplectic forms which depend not only on given Lagrangian but on ``free'' functions. This problem is usefull in variational theories and physical problems.

Příspěvek je věnován Lepageovým ekvivalentům a multisymplektickým formám, které pocházení z Lagrangiánů 1. řádu. Oproti standardnímu přístupu najdeme novou třídu multisymplektických forem, která nezávisí pouze na Lagrangiánu, ale i na "volných" funkcích. Tento přístup se dá využít ve variačních teoriích a fyzikálních problémech.
