The risk management process is an essential part of the crisis management phase on threat monitoring and detection probability of each risk situations. The goal of the risk management process is the selection of the optimal solution the risk situation. The risk management process goes through three phases namely risk identification, risk analysis and risk assessment. Every part of this process is its specific focus . Individual parts are interconnected and form the basic framework for risk management. The fundamental task of crisis management is the elimination of potential risks. The second part of this contribution aims to define and clarify ways of reducing risks.
