A prerequisite for the successful completion of the course is student`s interest in the issue of construction law, namely Law No. 183/2006 Coll. and its implementing regulations. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- The aim is to present basic activities associated with the preparation and implementation planning documentation at all levels. After completing the course the student is able to explain the basic concepts related to planning issues, s/he is able to estimate the impact changes in land use for sustainable development, s/he can take advantage of spatial planning documents.

Urban development and sustainable development - Brownfields and Suburbanization. 5. Urban infrastructures - social, culture and economical infrastructure. 6. Urban infrastructures - traffic infrastructures. 7. Urban infrastructures - technical infrastructures. 8. Problems of housing estates. 9.
