A prerequisite for the successful completion of the course is student`s interest in the issue of landscape planning, namely Law No. 183/2006 Coll. and its implementing regulations.

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to present basic activities associated with the preparation and implementation planning documentation at all levels, modern trends and problems of sustainable development. Student will be able to explain the basic concepts related to planning issues, s/he will be able to estimate the impact changes in land use for sustainable development, s/he will be able to use advantage of spatial planning documents.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student is able to explain the basic concepts related to planning issues, s/he is able to estimate the impact changes in land use for sustainable development, s/he can take advantage of spatial planning documents.

Seminary Work 30 %
Exam conditions
Seminar work: maximum 30% (0-30 points), final test: maximum 70% (0-70 points). For successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points, it is 70%. Overall classification: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.

Teacher's information
The assignment of the seminar work, its content and deadlines will be communicated by the teacher at the first lesson.

Attendence in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendence of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70% lesson of the subject in a semester.
