The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of public construction law, administrative law and public tenders.
Syllabus
  • - History of Czech Construction Law, Construction Law - Territorial planning - Requirements for land use, land management and measures of public contracts - Public administration in territorial planning, the role of self-governing bodies of municipalities and counties in the planning process! - Building Department, building documentation - The technical requirements for construction Building-offices, direct and delegated powers of government in the area of ​​the Building Code - Authorized inspectors - Authorization, construction and selected activities in construction, technicians, CSSI - Land Registry, Land Registry Offices - Expropriation of property -Administrative law and administrative procedures in construction - Assessment of the impacts on the environment
