The aim of the subject is to introduce the students with the legislation of the civil engineering.
Syllabus
  • 1. History of the Czech structural law system 2. Detailed summary of the implementation regulations 3. The related law regulations and their connection with the structural system 4. Health and Safety requirements at work I. 5. Health and Safety requirements at work II. 6. Usage of the buildings by persons with reduced mobility and orientation 7. Building documentation - the range of the concrete documentations 8. Authorized inspectors 9. General technical requirements on the construction and the usage of the territory 10. Authorization in the civil engineering, the chosen activities of the construction 11. Expropriation of the property 12. Administrative code and the administrative management at civil engineering 13. Input of the public contract at civil engineering
