- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim is to deepen knowledge of construction law and, in particular, implementing the Building Act regulations. After successful completion of the course the student can: - work with administrative system procedure in detail - place constructions in terms of spacing of buildings and land in the extent of Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. - check the documentation for the planning procedure for compliance with the Decree. 499/2006 Coll. - evaluate and select the correct procedure for accelerated construction management (certificate of an authorized inspector) - assess compliance with the Decree of project documentation 499/2006 Coll. - assess and propose with regard to construction of buildings without any barriers - apply to projects of the general provisions of the ordinance requirements for construction - assess the need for authorization (ČKAIT) for different types of buildings - prepare the evidence base for public procurement - apply in the construction process the basics of fire safety and health
