Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The subject builds on basic knowledge in the field of HR management.of human resources It will be focused on learning new ways and methods of human potential in accordance with new knowledge in strategic management.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to design and to implement strategic plans for human resource development in practice and to balance their needs and resources. They will acquire modern methods of performance management, career compilation and adaptation plans. A part of teaching will be also modern forms of tangible and intangible stimulation, interpersonal management and employee relations, including familiarization with the contents of corporate personnel audit. Students will acquire foundations from international management in the globalizing world economy as well. The Student will be able to solve basic problems in the area of labor law relations.

  • 1. Labour law I. 2. Labour law II. 3. Labour law III. 4. Theory and essence of strategic human resource management (HRM). Changes in internal and external business environment and their reflection in the field of HRM. Principles and methods of the needs balance and utilization of human resources in the enterprise. 5. New methods and forms of recruitment and employee stabilization. Adaptation and career plans. 6. Definition and classification of employee performance. Methods and forms of employee evaluation. 7. Motivation and stimulation as a tool for performance management. 8. Management of interpersonal and employee relations. 9. Personnel work and personnel departments in the systemic approach. 10. Companies training organisation, forms and control. 11. Personnel audit, structure, content and processing. 12. International Human Resources Management. 13. Presentation.

Exam conditions
The seminar work will be prepared on the basis of a research survey carried out by the teacher. The presentation will take place in the last week of the lesson. The test will be conducted electronically based on multiple-choice questions.
