Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The subject builds on basic knowledge in the field of HR management.of human resources It will be focused on learning new ways and methods of human potential in accordance with new knowledge in strategic management.
Learning outcomes
The students will be able to design and to implement strategic plans for human resource development in practice and to balance their needs and resources. The students will acquire modern methods of performance management, career compilation and adaptation plans. A part of teaching will be also modern forms of tangible and intangible stimulation, interpersonal management and employee relations, including familiarization with the contents of corporate personnel audit. Students will acquire foundations from international management in the globalizing world economy as well.

Exam conditions
The seminar work will be prepared on the basis of a research survey carried out by the teacher. The presentation will take place in the last week of the lesson. The test will be conducted electronically based on multiple-choice questions. Grading scale: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.
