- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The target of the course AED_1 is to convey the basic skills necessary for the standard communication in the studied language. The course heads towards the fixed output of level A1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages within the range of the topics Unit 1 - Unit 3. At the end of the course students are able to:
- get acquainted with the English phonetics and phonology - use present simple tense - acquire the basic grammar - use indefinite article and possessive adjectives - form and use plural forms of nouns - form and use possessive forms of nouns - use basic phrases - express and form numbers - identify and describe basic objects, situations and activities - hold a simple conversation - Syllabus
