Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Students will be tought basic knowledge in the sphere of control economic systems of main business activities at the level of operative, tactical and strategic control, theoretical and practical skills of designing and projection organizational and control structures including specification of management amount and level. Students will learn an analytic method for characterization of firm micro and macro enviroment- Porter model in combination with SWOT method with the purpose to obtain entrepreneurial strategy. Students wil get knowledge about global and strategic plan making, basic entrepreneurial strategies, process management principles including production activity change by the form of reengineering. Students will get necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the study following proffesional subject of the business economy and control sphere.

  • Topics: -base of management of economic systems -basic company activities and their control -strategic-tactical-operative management -organizational and control company structure projection -complex strategic plans, kinds of strategies -managerial processes- process management -development trends in business organizing and management -modern management tools and business organizing -globalization influence with team work development -in terms organized business -business life cycle -further management development of industrial companies -comparison of czech and foreign managers as for their management and control styles
