- After passing the subject the student: - can describe and interpret management of company processes - can elaborate and suggest management and organisation structure for a concrete company - under expert tuition is able to elaborate innovation of a company strategy and do its comparation with similar national and international companies - can calculate SWOT analysis and state following conclusions and measurements - can elaborate Porter´s model and suggest correspondent suggestions of resolution for a particular company - can describe and explain principles of company restructuring, reengineering, revitalization and rehabilitation of a company according to its position on the market
