The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
By graduation the course students will acquire the basic knowledge from the area of management of economic systems, major business activities in the level of operational, tactical and strategic management,they will receive theoretical and practical skills in drafting and designing of organizational and managerial structures, including the specification of the scope and level of management, acquire the analytical method to the characteristics of micro and makr area of firms - Porter´s model, combined with SWOT method to generate business strategy as a basis for the creation of comprehensive strategic plans, core business strategies, including changes in manufacturing of operations through reengineering.By graduation the course students will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for follow-up study of specialized courses in economics and business management.

Organizational and control company structure projection. 5. Complex strategic plans, kinds of strategies. 6. Managerial processes - process management. 7. Reengineering. 8. Development trends in business organizing and management. 9. Modern management tools and business organizing 10. Business organized in teams. 11. Life cycle of enterprise 12. Further management development of industrial companies. 13. Comparison of czech and foreign managers as for their management and control styles.
