Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to prepare future successful managers who will achieve positive results through effective management and a responsible approach to corporate goals. Throughout the course, students will learn to analyze and solve complex problems through practical tasks, make data-informed decisions, and effectively implement and coordinate managerial activities in alignment with current environmental requirements. An important component of the course is the development of environmental skills, which are essential for today’s managers. These skills include the ability to promote sustainable values within the company, manage environmental risks, and monitor the ecological impacts of organizational decisions. Students will thus learn how to integrate environmentally responsible principles into strategic and operational activities, such as resource management, ecological innovation, and environmental reporting. Emphasis is placed on regular supervision and feedback between instructors and students, enabling students not only to improve their skills but also to deepen their understanding of the interaction between the company’s economic goals and its ecological responsibilities.
