An integral part of the work is a Record sheet, which the student is obliged to carry with him for each consultation and without which the work cannot be submitted. Consultations on the Record Sheet will not be recognized retroactively.
A more specific specification of delivery conditions and deadlines is determined by the teacher at the beginning of the course. In case of failure to meet deadlines, the teacher is not obliged to accept the work for the assessment.

- Teacher's information
- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70% lesson of the subject in a semester. The student will independently supplement the information provided by the teacher in class during his absence (he will not request it individually from the teacher).
Health or other complications and serious reasons must be reported by the student via email as soon as possible and no later than 5 business days after the complications have ended. The student must provide a valid medical report detailing the exact timeframe and physical extent of work limitations, a copy of which will also be received by the subject guarantor. Based on this report, the consultant may adjust the fulfillment deadlines if necessary. Other serious reasons (such as a family member's death, care for a family member, etc.) will be addressed individually with the subject guarantor and department head. Workload is not a valid reason for extending/excusing deadlines. Retroactively applied excuses will not be considered.
