Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with current trends in the field of automation of production processes, modern automation elements and systems, to deepen his knowledge in the field of the construction of machine parts and mechanisms with a focus on automation, to improve his skills in the field of design construction and production documentation of assembly units of automated production machines, systems and processes.
Learning outcomes
The student acquires comprehensive knowledge of machines and equipment for automated production processes, orients himself in the offer of domestic and leading global manufacturers of machines and equipment for the automation of production processes, knows how to use current company applications supporting the design process of structural design, orients himself in standards and related legislation, can apply them, can propose the design of a specific assembly unit of an automated production system, is able to create production documentation of the assembly unit.

Automation in the food industry and pharmacy. 7. Warehouse automation. 8. Drives and actuators. 9. Sensors and measuring technology. 10. System integration, control systems, machine vision, operator panels. 11. Industrial informatics, communication and software for sensors and actuators. 12. Construction, design, simulation. 13. Standards, machine safety, cyber security.
