- The aim of the course is to provide students with a synthetic view of the importance of man in the work process. To acquaint students with basic terms and concepts in the field of organizational behavior and personnel management. Students will gain knowledge in the field of personnel, recruitment, people management. At the same time, the aim of the course is to show students the application of personnel security in business and management practice.

- Students will gain knowledge in the field of personnel, recruitment, people management. After completing the course, the student is able to apply personnel security to business and management practice.

- Active participation in exercises. Written test - a set of questions focused on the entire content of the course.

- Attendance at classes in all forms solves a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Records of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance at seminars is mandatory. Attendance at lectures is monitored for full-time studies. Students with an individual study plan will be evaluated only through a 100-point final test in the examination period.
