Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to gain a comprehensive view of the architectural solution of a given building based on knowledge in the field of architectural composition and design of buildings while respecting the principles of landscape creation and urbanism and the interaction links between buildings and the environment. The student thus acquires his knowledge of the architectural design of buildings while respecting the typological principles and basic principles of designing building structures in the context of sustainable development. It also includes verification of the correctness of the design in the context of the requirements of use by persons with reduced mobility and orientation (practical training using the simulation of disability and appropriate compensatory aids).

Focus:
  • Design of architectural and structural solution
  • Design of technical equipment for buildings and environmental quality assessment
  • Learning outcomes
The student is able to: - to design an architectural solution of the specified type of construction in several variants; - design disposition and construction-construction; - prepare the project documentation according to the valid regulations.
    Syllabus
    • 1. Entering the topic of the thesis, requirements for content, form, and partial terms
      2. Practical exercises simulating disability and movement with compensatory aids 3. - 12. Consultation on specific problems with students
