Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to acquire basic principles and gain knowledge about business management, development of economic thinking in the application of business operations.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student has basic knowledge of retail store management, he can calculate the area of interest and purchasing potential of the business unit, he is interested in the business assortment, commercial operations and is able to analyze the basic areas of retail management. The student will also be able to apply basic marketing knowledge in business activities, analyze the main business risks in this area.

Exam conditions
Grading scale: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30 test can be repeated, 29 - 0 F - test can not be repeated.

70 % attendance at seminars and exercises is compulsory for daily students.

Course test:

Seminark work - 30 % (i.e. 30 points)

Final test:

Final test - 70 % (i.e. 70 points)

Lectures will be realized via MS Teams in real time according to the relevant timetable. The lectures will be also recorded and made available for part-time students in the VSTE IS.

Seminars will be realized via MS Teams in real time according to the relevant timetable.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
