Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the managerial knowledge needed to solve problems related to the introduction of logistic approaches to production.
Learning outcomes
The graduate is able to implement enterprise logistics management with the application of system and process approach in planning, managing and controlling integrated material, information and financial flows in production processes while respecting the mutual links in the value-creating chains.
