- Students will be required to extend their basic knowledge of the processes of corporate finance to a level at which they are able to understand the specialized activities aimed at streamlining these processes. Graduates will be able to plan activities to optimize business processes. The starting point for planning is knowledge of the financial and capital resources of a company and their chosen methods of evaluation. This is a necessity if a company is to conform with and meet the needs of its owner(s) and shareholder(s).
