- The student will be introduced to the process of strategical planning cycle with the purpose of projection of a strategical development of a given company. They will acquire knowledge from the area of internal and external strategical analyses, from the area pf formulation, choice and implementation of strategy including the classification of strategies according to management levels (from a company-wide strategy to partial – functional strategies).
