Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The content of the course is the application of acquired knowledge and skills in the processing of establishing the project company. The aim is to integrate knowledge and skills from specialized subjects, computer science and languages, application skills with literature and law and development of teamwork skills. While presenting the results social communication skills are applied.
Syllabus
  • Preparation of a project on establishing the firm in four-member team focused on the areas: 1 Business Purpose 2 The choice of legal form of business, including its registration with the competent authorities 3 Founding budget 4 Marketing plan 5 Bank negotiations 6 Established accounting 7 Staff schedule and their qualifications 8 Copies of essential business contracts 9 Promotional activities in two foreign languages

Exam conditions
During the process of creating the project it is compulsory to attend at least one tutorial with a tutor. The project is made and handed in a written and electronic form via IS VŠTE Odevzdávárna (a link where students hand in seminar works and projects). The project is presented and defended by active participation of all members of the team in front of a group of students on a stated date.
