Assumed the good knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet, ways of using the Internet, electronic correspondence and security in IT.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
In the course Informatics II student acquires the ability for creating electronic presentations, including the right approach at a public presentation, information available in the online environment, an overview of tools for management support and teamwork, and finally experience with a simple graphical editor.
Syllabus
  • PowerPoint - pictures, text, scheme, guidelines on the use of colors and fonts
  • PowerPoint - backgrounds, templates, object, table, graph
  • PowerPoint - animation, timing, multimedia capabilities presentations, presentation and principles of behavior
  • Internet - portals of public administration, regional and local management, portals EU, Official Journal of the EU, the CR Gazette, economical servers, business register, ARES, Trade Register, international economic servers - the Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Internet - other sources of information on the Internet, libraries, encyclopedias, dictionaries, translation dictionaries on the Internet, agency sources of information,
  • Schematics - creation and use of schemas, software tools for creating diagrams and charts
  • Management - Systems for time management (eg MS Outlook), including support for PDA devices and other electronic diaries. Using tools for teamwork, versioning and control functions and approval documents.
  • Management - Electronic application for the project calls CZ / EU. Basic principles of project management and ICT opportunities.
  • Management - computer support for project management. Overview systems. Compilation of real project - individual work.
  • Graphics, photos - basic concepts of working with images and photos, pixel, compression, resolution, formats
  • Graphics, photos - simple image processing, crop, cut-out, effects, color adjustments, geometric correction
  • Graphics, photos - the possibility of a more complex process of paintings and photographs, work with layers, a combination of multiple photos, retouching photos

Exam conditions
Tests of the knowledge and practical skills on PC during the semester. For the successful completion of this course, you must get at least 50% points from each part (each test) and 60% of the total points (total weights of every test is 0.5).
