Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the theory and practice of human resource management in organizations and its main tools as well as directions for further development. As part of the course, students will gradually become familiar with selected key personnel functions.
Learning outcomes
After successfully completing the course, the student:
1. understands the importance and main tasks of human resources management in the organization and the labor-legal framework of human resources management,
2. knows basic personnel activities,
3. understands the principles of creating a personnel organization and its changes as well as the principles of personnel planning of the organization, defines the filling of jobs, manages the process of hiring and adaptation of employees,
4. understands the principles of managing and evaluating the work performance of employees, and controlling personnel costs, co-creates reward, motivation and communication systems, knows the principles of a healthy and ethical organizational culture,
5. understands the requirements of training and further education and development of employees, can plan, organize and evaluate corporate training.

  • Semináře:
  • 1. Úkoly a odpovědnosti manažera při řízení lidských zdrojů, “tvrdé“ a „měkké“ dovednosti pro řízení lidských zdrojů.
  • 2. Pracovně-právní rámec zaměstnávání a řízení lidských zdrojů, tvorba náplně pracovních míst, tvorba personální organizace a její kritéria, druhy personálních organizací.
  • 3. Získávání a výběr pracovníků, jeho nástroje a metody, vedení přijímacích rozhovorů, přijímání a adaptace pracovníků.
  • 4. Řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu, stanovení, zadávání a kontrola pracovních cílů, kvantitativní a kvalitativní pracovní cíle, vedení hodnotících rozhovorů.
  • 5. Nástroje, metody a typy pracovní motivace a její typy, uplatnění pracovní motivace v praxi, spokojenost zaměstnanců, zjišťování pracovní motivace a spokojenosti, vedení motivačních rozhovorů se zaměstnanci.
  • 6. Nástroje, metody a formy finančního odměňování zaměstnanců, pevná a pohyblivá složka mzdy, tvorba mzdových stupnic, zaměstnanecké výhody.
  • 7. Nástroje a metody výkonového odměňování, pravidla výkonového odměňování, výkonové odměňování jednotlivců a skupin, zainteresovanost zaměstnanců na hospodářském výsledku podniku.
  • 8. Vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků, jeho metody a nástroje, analýza a hodnocení výsledků vzdělávání, manažer jako lektor a kouč.
  • 9. Pracovní týmy, jejich význam a řízení, tvorba a rozvoj schopností týmové práce, manažerské dovednosti pro řízení týmů.
  • 10. Komunikace na pracovišti, zásady efektivní komunikace manažera, řešení pracovních konfliktů, překonávání stresu na pracovišti.
  • 11. Personální náklady, personální ukazatele, význam a tvorba personálního controllingu organizace, personální manuál organizace.

Successful graduates of the course have to get total of at least 70 points under the following conditions: Mid-term grading: maximum 30% (0-30 points). Final grading: maximum 70% (0-70 points). Classification: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 – 0.

The students of the full-time form of study are obliged to fulfill the 70% attendance at the seminars. If the attendance is not met, the students will be automatically classified with the grade "-".

Teacher's information
Participation in classes in all forms is dealt with by a separate VŠTE internal standard (Student Attendance Records at VŠTE). Monitored attendance at full-time lectures

Students with an individual study plan will take only a 100-point final test in the exam period. However, students are obliged to contact the teacher immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP), if the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account.
