- The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the problems of layout of non-residential buildings and their design.
- Learning outcomes
- Students, after successful completion of this course, have a basic overview and knowledge in the field of layout solution of non-residential building. Student is able to evaluate correctness of layout solution and master the basic knowledge for designing non-residential buildings.

- To successfully complete the student must obtain at least 70 points. A. Write a final test for at least 55% of 50 points, ie. to 27.5 points. The final test consists of two separate parts - design and theory. In case the student does not pass part of the proposal for min. 70% of the points cannot form part of the theory. Part of the theory can be replaced by oral examination in the case of distance learning. B. Another 50 points can be obtained from the seminar work and active consultations on a selected topic assigned at the beginning of the semester (10 active consultations + 40 sum for 2 seminar works). C. If the student is interested, an oral examination can be performed, where it is possible to obtain a maximum of 5 points for a written test - this cannot be applied in distance learning and the oral part of the theory. The maximum number of points from all parts is 100. To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to achieve a total of at least 70 points formed by the sum of points from parts A, B and ev. C, i.e. 70%. Overall classification: included 100 - 70, not included 69.99 - 0. Detailed conditions for obtaining a point evaluation, including partial submission deadlines, will be specified in the first teaching week by the teacher.

- Attendance at classes in all forms is governed by a separate internal standard of VŠTE (Records of student attendance at VŠTE). For full-time students, 70% attendance is required for contact classes, ie everything except lectures. Active consultations during the course are mandatory. Detailed specifications about them and the course of teaching and evaluation will be given by the teacher in the first lesson.
