- This course is based on the fact that the student has a basic understanding of the concepts of controlling and planning. Teaching is based on primary knowledge of these concepts, each concept is discussed in greater depth and at the same time, emphasis is placed on linking the two issues. Therefore planning is selected from managerial functions and the possibilities of the use of controlling within a planning process are emphasized. The graduate is able to define the concepts of controlling and planning, which includes the ability to define and practically apply the related problems.

- Graduate is able to define the concepts of controlling and planning, which includes the ability to define and practically apply the related problems. He can connect controlling and planning issues. He uses controlling tools in company planning. He prepares data for planning of primary and secundary business activities (production factors, production, trade, marketing, financial management, research and development).
