- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the subject is to acquiant students with basic terms and sources of the commercial law and emerged position and legal behaviour of an entrepreneur. There is also taken account not only of corporate law but also of common business obligations emerged from business contracts. Students will also be acquiant with the basis of procedural law which is related to the procedure of the court in business matters. Graduates master basic terms of commercial, corporate and procedural law, they are able to draft commercial contracts and they are able to understand plc and cooperatives.
- Learning outcomes
- A graduate of a subject understands the role of commercial and civil law in entrepreneurship practice and in other non-business practice, is able to independently and responsibly decide on legal issues of business practice, analyzes individual legal problems in their contexts, to address the problem includes reflection on the overall functioning of the legal system and ethical dimensions, comprehensively and convincingly informs experts and laymen with professional information about the nature of the case and its own opinion, uses expertise in the field of business and civil law in order to extend its further skills in business and other practice.

- Grading of the course: Final Test: maximum 100% (0-100 points). Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.

- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
